STONE-TECH^® is a highly expansive mortar to demolish and cut stones and concretes. STONE-TECH^® expands when mixed with plain water and poured into pre-drilled holes in stone or concrete. It produces an extreme expansive force of 30 MPa (3000 t/m²) minimum on the hole-walls after a few hours reaction time in holes, while the tensile stress of stone and concrete is 3- 10 MPa (300-1000 t/m²), thereby crack them easily. STONE-TECH^® is environmental friendly and produces no noise, no vibration, no toxic gases, no flying debris or residue. It helps your work more efficient and cost-effective.
STONE-TECH^® can be used in an almost unlimited range of applications. It's particularly used for breaking, cutting or demolishing stones, concrete and reinforced concrete. It is ideal for use in situations where surrounding buildings or other structures would be damaged by flying debris or vibration. It maximizes production circle, product output, the rate of finished products and therefore profits, in quarrying and mining as it avoids waste of valuable stone.
